Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Ignis Furniture Group Inc. ("Seller") to the buyer ("Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the following terms.

Products
The Seller specializes in wholesale furniture, including but not limited to sofa sets, dining sets, center tables, accessories, and bedroom sets. All products are offered subject to availability.

 

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in CAD and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment terms are 50% deposit to place the order and remaining upon delivery.

• The Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Orders

• All orders must be submitted in writing and are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

• Once accepted, an order cannot be canceled or amended without the Seller’s prior consent.

• Large orders may require additional lead time, and the Seller will inform the Buyer accordingly.

 

Delivery

• The Seller will make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe but is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., shipping delays, customs issues).

• Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the designated location.

 

Inspection and Acceptance

• The Buyer must inspect all products upon delivery and notify the Seller of any defects or discrepancies before loading or upon arrival of shipment. 

• Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

 

Warranty

• The Seller guarantees the quality and durability of its products for 12 months.

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

 

Returns and Exchanges

• Products may only be returned or exchanged if they are defective or damaged during transit.

 

Limitation of Liability
The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the products sold. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario.

 

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
